Victor Gilkes
Principal and Project Executive

Victor Gilkes is currently the Principal and Project Executive of Hugh and Associates, Inc. Mr. Gilkes has held this position for almost twenty years, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. He boasts a plethora of skills including project management, financial analytics, budget maintenance, and means cost estimating to name a few. In addition, Mr. Gilkes has maintained several leadership positions and has been consistently involved in community organizations
and activities. He maintained a role of Community Liason in Richmond, VA for several years, wherein he provided administrative support to the 7th District Councilman and Mayor. He also formerly served as a Senior Administrative Analyst where he administrated a $5 million solid waste contract.
Mr. Gilkes graduated from Virginia Union University with a degree in business, and also successfully completed the Executive Loan Program with the United Way of America. His 24 years of total experience has allowed him to develop a keen sense of business acumen, and it is this expertise that guides his decisions at the helm of Hugh & Associates, Inc. "Our ultimate goal is to provide a stellar experience to every client, contractor, and end user that we deal with", says Mr. Gilkes, "This will ensure the continued growth of our company".
